Misi\u00f3n del Instituto CRIIA a Filipinas<\/strong>
\nEl Instituto CRIIA tiene una profunda relaci\u00f3n con las Family Farm Schools (FFS), que comenzaron en 1988 con el apoyo de las EFA (Escuelas Familiares Agrarias) de Espa\u00f1a a trav\u00e9s de UNEFA y fueron apoyadas despu\u00e9s tambi\u00e9n por DISOP-SIMFR (B\u00e9lgica). Por eso, y como respuesta a una demanda de la Presidenta de PARFED, Mina Ballesteros, el Instituto CRIIA ha realizado una misi\u00f3n a Filipinas entre el 19 y el 28 de enero de 2024. PARFED (Pilipinas Association of Rural Families for Education and Development) engloba a las seis FFS existentes. En la misi\u00f3n, visitamos tres de ellas: Yason, Dagatan y Balete FFS (estas dos \u00faltimas integradas en PPAFI, Pampamilyang Paaralang Agrikultura Foundation Incorporated).<\/p>\n

Mantuvimos diversas reuniones con diferentes actores en esas tres escuelas: formadores, alumnos, exalumnos, familias y los Consejos (Board of Trustees) de las asociaciones, como se puede ver en las fotograf\u00edas. Tuvimos algunas sesiones de formaci\u00f3n con profesores y familias; realizamos visitas a la supervisi\u00f3n del DepEd (Department of Education), que es la autoridad administrativa de quien dependen las FFS que actualmente imparten Secundaria (Junior & Senior High School), y tambi\u00e9n a la supervisi\u00f3n de TESDA (The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority), que en la evoluci\u00f3n curricular y de oferta formativa que se est\u00e1 produciendo en las FFS, es la autoridad administrativa de quien van a depender en un pr\u00f3ximo futuro. Es importante destacar que, a propuesta de Caritas, se va a firmar un acuerdo entre esta instituci\u00f3n, PARFED y el Instituto CRIIA, para el apoyo de las FFS. Por \u00faltimo, durante la misi\u00f3n se activ\u00f3 el \u201cEstudio de Impacto de los CEFFA\u201d en Filipinas, que podr\u00e1 incluir los resultados de Asia en su Informe Final. Este Estudio, que se realiza en 15 pa\u00edses de 4 continentes bajo la direcci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica de la Universidad de Sherbrooke (Canad\u00e1), est\u00e1 previsto que termine este a\u00f1o 2024.<\/p>\n

CRIIA Institute Mission to the Philippines<\/strong>
\nCRIIA Institute has a deep relationship with the Family Farm Schools (FFS), which started in 1988 with the support of the EFA (Escuelas Familiares Agrarias) of Spain through UNEFA and later were also supported by DISOP-SIMFR (Belgium). For this reason, and in response to a request from PARFED President Mina Ballesteros, the CRIIA Institute has undertaken a mission to the Philippines from January 19-28, 2024. PARFED (Pilipinas Association of Rural Families for Education and Development) encompasses the six existing FFS. During the mission, we visited three of them: Yason, Dagatan and Balete FFS (the latter two integrated in PPAFI, Pampamilyang Paaralang Agrikultura Foundation Incorporated).<\/p>\n

We held several meetings with different actors in these three schools: trainers, students, alumni, families and the Board of Trustees of the associations, as can be seen in the photographs. We had some training sessions with teachers and families; we made visits to the supervision of DepEd (Department of Education), which is the administrative authority on which the FFS that currently teach Junior & Senior High School depend, and also to the supervision of TESDA (The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority), which in the curricular evolution and training offer that is taking place in the FFS, is the administrative authority on which they will depend in the near future. It is important to note that, at the proposal of Caritas, a MoA will be signed between this institution, PARFED and the CRIIA Institute, for the support of the FFS. Finally, during the mission, the “CEFFA Impact Study” was activated in the Philippines, which will be able to include the results from Asia in its Final Report. This Study, which is being conducted in 15 countries on 4 continents under the scientific direction of the University of Sherbrooke (Canada), is scheduled to be completed this year 2024.<\/p>\n
