O Instituto CRIIA promoveu – junto do Minist\u00e9rio de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o da Guatemala (MINEDUC<\/a>) e da Representa\u00e7\u00e3o de\u00a0UNESCO<\/a> \u2013 a cria\u00e7\u00e3o e o come\u00e7o do trabalho de uma Mesa T\u00e9cnica sobre Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Rural no pa\u00eds. O seu objetivo principal \u00e9 definir uma Estrat\u00e9gia de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Rural para Guatemala. Na dita Mesa, presidida pelo Sr. Vice-ministro T\u00e9cnico, Francisco Cabrera, formam parte diversos t\u00e9cnicos do MINEDUC, assim como da UNESCO,\u00a0EFPEM-USAC<\/a>\u00a0(a Escola de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Professores do Ensino M\u00e9dio da Universidade de San Carlos de Guatemala) e o Instituto CRIIA. No passado dia 12 de Mar\u00e7o, a Ministra de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Anabella Giracca, presidiu \u00e0 apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Mesa T\u00e9cnica e a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em 13 pa\u00edses sobre os resultados dos CEFFA (Centros Educativos Familiares de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o por Altern\u00e2ncia). A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, coordenada pela\u00a0Universidad de Sherbrooke<\/a>\u00a0(Canad\u00e1), foi promovida pela\u00a0Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Ondjyla<\/a>\u00a0e a\u00a0AIMFR<\/a>\u00a0(Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Movimentos Familiares de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Rural). Entre os seus autores h\u00e1 v\u00e1rios membros da equipa do Instituto CRIIA.<\/p>

Tudo isto teve lugar no marco de uma Jornada Internacional de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Rural cujo ato inicial contou com o Representante de\u00a0FAO<\/a>\u00a0da Guatemala, Rafael Zavala, o Representante de UNESCO, Patricio Zambrano, a Diretora de EFPEM-USAC Lucr\u00e9cia Crisp\u00edn, al\u00e9m do Secret\u00e1rio Geral da AIMFR, Jordi Gonz\u00e1lez, o Presidente do Instituto CRIIA, Manuel Aguiar e os j\u00e1 mencionados Vice-ministro e Ministra. A confer\u00eancia inaugural foi pronunciada pela Dra. Roser Boix, da Universidade de Barcelona (Espanha), com o t\u00edtulo: \u201cO papel da escola rural no territ\u00f3rio\u201d. Posteriormente, a Dra. Evelyn Jacir de Lovo, ex-Ministra de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de El Salvador, dissertou sobre os \u201cDesafios da educa\u00e7\u00e3o rural na Am\u00e9rica Central\u201d. Assim mesmo, o Dr. \u00d3scar Hugo L\u00f3pez, Diretor do Instituto de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Educativa da USAC, apresentou o estudo dos CEFFA correspondente a Guatemala, e a seguir deu a palavra a um painel de especialistas de v\u00e1rias universidades: Argentina, Canad\u00e1, Espanha, Guatemala, Per\u00fa.<\/p>

Durante os dias pr\u00e9vios a 12 de Mar\u00e7o, a equipa t\u00e9cnica do Instituto CRIIA esteve a proporcionar forma\u00e7\u00e3o aos formadores dos Institutos Rurais que, em diferentes regi\u00f5es do pa\u00eds, implementar\u00e3o forma\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas superiores na modalidade dual. Essa rede de Institutos \u00e9 parte da Estrat\u00e9gia de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Rural que est\u00e1 desenvolvendo a Mesa T\u00e9cnica. A dita forma\u00e7\u00e3o foi complementada no Congresso Universit\u00e1rio Internacional intitulado: \u201cEduca\u00e7\u00e3o rural e inova\u00e7\u00e3o: desafios e oportunidades para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o docente\u201d, organizado por EFPEM-USAC nos dias 13 e 14 de Mar\u00e7o. Al\u00e9m de MINEDUC, UNESCO, EFPEM-USAC, o Instituto CRIIA manteve reuni\u00f5es com FAO,\u00a0Minist\u00e9rio de Trabalho<\/a>, (Vice minist\u00e9rio de Previs\u00e3o Social e Emprego) e\u00a0FUNDAP<\/a>, com quem colabora h\u00e1 anos em diversos projetos, especialmente na \u00e1rea da educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Tanto el Vice minist\u00e9rio de Emprego, como a FAO e o\u00a0MAGA<\/a>, poderiam unir-se rapidamente \u00e0 Mesa T\u00e9cnica interinstitucional sobre Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Rural.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
